My name is Luis De La Rosa, and the first thing you should know about me is...I'm not a personal trainer. I'm not a fitness instructor. I'm not an expert on nutrition either. In fact, the only thing I consider myself an 'expert' about is helping people achieve their goals and live their best life.

I designed my women's only MMA Fitness class to give you the maximum results in the minimal amount of time. That means class will challenge you, I will push you, and through this, you will become strong and confident.

F.A.S.T. Method

Change and growth happens when you are taken out of your comfort zone and placed in an environment where you have to figure out how to excel and succeed. We encourage you and we help you, but it is our F.A.S.T. Method that is the 'secret' sauce to help you achieve greatness. Combining the use of Fast and Slow Twitch muscle groups, you gain strength, conditioning, stamina, and endurance. All this leads to slimming down, a fitter body, more energy, and building a positive mindset.

Professional Coaching

Included in our F.A.S.T. Method is the use of Kickboxing and MMA. I use my 50+ years of experience to help you get the best workout you can while still developing skills you can use should you need to defend yourself. Now, this isn't a self-defense class, but I believe if you are going to use martial arts to workout, then you should build the right foundation. This will boost your self-confidence, positively improve the way you value yourself, and strengthen your self-image.

Blueprint for Success

No matter where you set out to travel in life, having a roadmap is the best way to get to your destination without getting lost or frustrated on the journey. However, too rigid of a map and it doesn't allow you to explore and live life. So, the map I have for everyone is the one you set for yourself. I don't use the 'weight loss' roadmap to help you achieve your goals. It is about building a better mindset, accepting small steps of progress, and just enjoying the journey.

What makes up our F.A.S.T. Method?

When it comes to feeling your best, it is about building your body and mind together. We are constantly working the mental aspect of resilience, determination, and building confidence in what you can do rather than focusing on what you can't do. For the physical aspect, here is what you get...


Fast Twitch Development

Using a combination of Plyometrics, Boxing, Kickboxing, and weights, you develop a muscle group in your body that is the engine for energy. Having this, your body burns fuel all day giving you more life to live and more enjoyment to experience.  


Slow Twitch Development

Using the power of your most used muscle group, we awaken it to help you work longer throughout your day with a sharpened sense of focus and concentration. We use simple weight, bodyweight, and calisthenic exercises to ignite your body and turn up your internal flame to reach for your best every day.


Strength & Conditioning

Here’s where you get to improve your strength and develop more power to feel better. You'll also increase your endurance and stamina to do the things you want, to be more active in your life, and to never miss out on something your family is doing because you don't feel like you can.


Tone and Tighten

Using weights, bodyweight, and Boxing/MMA, you will find your body will start to shape in ways you feel great about. This isn't about getting ripped or losing weight, but we do help you like how you look.

Meet Your Coach

Luis De La Rosa

He's been in the community since 1984. Helping kids, teens, and adults reach their full potential.

In his fitness classes for women, he brings his extensive knowledge from Marine Corps Boot Camp to help you get results in a short period of time. 

Luis teaches you how to have confidence, and how to focus on being a champion in life. 

His workouts will challenge you, but ultimately they will be the reason you look in the mirror and love who looks back at you.
